A world-class team combining veterinary science, regional expertise, and global experience.
Dr. Margie Bale
World-leading camel veterinarian with over 30 years' experience in camelid and livestock medicine, health and product innovation. Recognised as the leading authority on the Australian camel industry, Margie has developed international veterinary products — from the Elisa camel pregnancy test to IAS's Camel ranges with Poseidon Animal Health, to commercialisation of oncology, antibodies, nanobodies and pharmaceuticals from camelids. She holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (University of Queensland) and is a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
